Bookings are only confirmed after receipt of deposit (usually 50%). In the event you have to cancel your reservation within
10 days of your intended stay and we are able to relet your cottage, your deposit will be refunded, if not we reserve the right to retain the deposit.

Guests are encouraged to arrive any time after 3pm to take full advantage of their visit.

Checkout time is 12 noon on the day of departure
